Muddy Bottoms ATV Park
Muddy Bottoms ATV & Recreation Park in Sarepta, Webster Parish, is one of the most celebrated ATV parks in the Gulf South: 5,000+ acres of Sabine River bottomland and upland forest in northwest Louisiana, approximately 30 miles north of Shreveport. The park has earned the informal title of 'the Disneyland of ATV parks' among the regional mud-riding community for the sheer scale and diversity of its terrain: hardwood bottomland swamps, open pasture play areas, engineered deep-water mud bogs, wooded single-track, and Sabine River access points. The scale means riders rarely see the same trail twice on consecutive visits, and the swamp character produces some of the most challenging deep-water and floating-mud crossings in the region. ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides are all welcome; the property is too wet and soft for conventional 4x4 trucks in most areas. On-site overnight accommodations include cabin rentals, a lodge, and developed RV sites with hookups alongside primitive camping. Muddy Bottoms hosts a full calendar of major events including concerts, bikini contests, and organized trail rides that draw thousands of riders from across Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and the entire Gulf South.
